Customer Support Associate required by India's Leading BPO for it's International voice process with the following skill set

Excellent Customer Service Skills and Aptitude.

Answer a broad range of employee questions related to HR and Payroll, company policies etc

Manage requests via email, phone, and/or work list transactions
Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A

Willingness to work in night shifts and 24 / 7 environment
