Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Finance, MBA in project Management
Skill & Job Requirements: 1) Perform the Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) process for projects including regular collaboration with Project Managers to analyze actuals and estimate the ETC, profitability analysis, GM%, Cost and Schedule Metrics, status data, trends, and variances to determine the project�s cost and schedule position
Update & Maintenance of the Project control systems as per project cycle in various ERP systems & other documents.
To manage the defined collaboration working cycle and support PM community including report generation, project governance & customer interfaces.
Position will be supervised by a lead project controller
Should have worked in a project control/PMO position
Understanding of governance & financial tracking of IT outsourcing projects>
Earned Value Methodologies (Implementing, Maintaining, Analyzing, and Reporting)
Estimates at Completion (EACs) (Bottoms Up and Statistical Calculations)
Cost and Schedule Metrics
Risk Management (Quantitative Risk Analysis Matrices [QRAMs])
Fixed Price Financial Sheet
Variance Analysis Reports (VARs)
Scheduling and Use of Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs)
cost and schedule estimating,
change control process,
schedule-budget status report data( analysis-action plans),
EAC-ETC data with profitability analysis
IT Governance,
Proposal pricing, cash flow plan,
Project planning(WBS and project master schedule),
Resource allocation & tracking( over allocation, un-billability)
Hands on end user experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Excel techniques
Experience in key analyst position in various IT outsourcing projects such as AD (projects), AM (Support) in TM & FP types of assignments
Excellent written (e-mail) and verbal communication skills
Team member experience in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated proactive customer service orientation experience
