Able to apply design patterns (and combinations of these)straight away to problem solutions of fair complexity, and able to explain thereason of chosing one pattern over the other 3. Has mentored at least about 20unique architects/engineers on OOAD and Design patterns basics 4. Able toanalyze UML diagrams/information and readily and intuitively mine out embeddeddesign patterns, ability to comment on non trivial architectures and design ina relevant domain 5. Familiarity with design pattern tools wherever applicable6. Has mentored at least about 20 unique architects/engineers on Designpatterns basics 7.
