To be a member of Emergency Support team and handle all emergency situations in the shortest possible time.
To analyse trouble reports with a view to answering trouble reports within contracted lead times for majority of trouble reports.
To perform quality and desk checks of corrections.
To participate and execute implementation of new application systems in the network with minimum guidance.
To participate in Technical Operational Review Meetings with customer
