Job Description:
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Oracle system Analyst/developer will support all Oracle E-business Suite financial and Manufacturing applications. Must have Oracle EBS functional understanding with strong technical development experience for gathering requirements, technical design, development and support. Must have strong Oracle 11i+ development experience in RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows) objects. Must be a team player with good communication skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oracle System Analyst should have strong technical development experience with functional knowledge in Oracle EBS 11.5.10+. The primary focus of this position is to use techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting and Application Developer areas to address critical business needs in the technical development and support of Oracle EBS 11i related projects. The candidate will be part of the Oracle development team involved in new projects, maintaining existing projects, providing enhancements and system support. System Analyst will have effective written and oral skills necessary to take up the tasks of gathering the business requirements, technical development and testing. Flexible to work on big initiatives, small enhancements, bug fixes/support tasks as needed.

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related degree preferred.

Technical Skills Required:
5+ years of application development experience in Oracle EBS 11i Financials, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Advanced Supply Chain planning, Inventory, BOM, WIP and Purchasing modules,
5+ years of Development experience using SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL queries, database views etc
4+ years of Experience working with Oracle APIs, Data Conversions, Interfaces and Extensions, Application Developer and System Administrator modules.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Reporting Tools ie, Report Builder, XML Publisher, Discoverer etc.
Strong knowledge of Application Developer experience in creating custom concurrent programs, value sets, Flex fields, Personalization†s etc
Expertise in using Development tools †TOAD and Unix Scripts
Expertise in Oracle database design tools (ie, TOAD or SQL Navigator).
Experience with functional module setups, configurations, profile options, flex fields etc for 11i E-business suite.
Working knowledge/experience with APEX (Applications Express) tool.
Knowledge of either Tableau BI or Oracle Demantra is a big plus and highly preferred.
Understanding of the business processes in Financials, Manufacturing & Supply chain modules to support and implement new projects within Oracle EBS.
