Has handled Employee relations in BPO/Handled HR function in a nutshell, handled employee queries, payroll queries for 2000+ employees. Ensure that the turnaround time on the grievances is small. Should have handled the general HR function during his career

HR representative for the floor, handling employee grievances. Active participation in other HR activities.. Turnaround time on employee queries is minimal, hence increasing employee satisfaction. Will be involved in performance management, Disciplinary actions on floor. Engagement activities on floor- bringing up the motivation
