This is with regards to an open position in our company in the Professional Products Division (Salon Sales)

The position is on 3rd Party pay rolls.
Ability to be able to Travel is a must

Detailed Job Profile:

Achieveing Primary and secondary sales
Market development and penetration

Competitor analysis

Reporting and merchandising

Client servicing

Build strong and long term relationships with clients (Internal and external) - Distributor knowledge is a must

On-time reporting – weekly and monthly

Increasing distribution and innovate for increasing product sales
Ability to Achieve sales Targets and implement schemes

Candidate should Have:

Sound market & business knowledge

The willingness to learn

The right attitude towards sales

The capability of managing the distributors , DSR's and Clients effectively and efficiently

Geographical knowledge

Good communication Skills & Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT

Good communication and convincing skills is a must,
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Salary Can be Negotiated based on current Pay and also Based on Date of Joining
