Job Description
Serve as a professional authority for other team members and customer
Serve as a managerial authority to the Tier 2 team
Manage and assist coaching new team members
Prepare training plans for the team
Manage all assigned work levels in the accounts
Contribute to cross-account efforts
Distribute and train in relevant technology and tools
Establish and implement business strategies with significant impact on business unit/ function results
Able to make decisions based on limited information and stand behind them
Allocate appropriate resources to tasks
Define realistic priorities and master plan
Works well under pressure and conditions of uncertainty
Report and Present line / account level summary weekly, monthly and quarterly
