Hundreds of staff across the retail sector are needed for hire by London 2012 Contractors.
By the time of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, more than 10,000 different London 2012-branded products will be on sale.
Items ranging from pin badges to fine jewellery and toys to kitchen linen will be on sale in dedicated London 2012 megastores located on the Olympic Park.
Merchandise will also be available at stores across London, as well as in shops in competition venues across London and the UK.
As a retail assistant at the Games, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of knowledgeable, passionate people.
When do the jobs take place?
Unless otherwise specified, roles will be carried out from 27 July – 12 August 2012 (Olympic Games) and 29 August – 9 September 2012
(Paralympic Games) – this is Games time. Some of the roles will last only for the Olympic Games or only for the Paralympic Games.
When does recruitment begin?
Recruitment has begun for the retail jobs required at Games time.
Most positions are based on the Olympic Park, which will enable you to be at the heart of the Games-time atmosphere.
You will sell the great array of products in a fast-paced environment, working alongside an enthusiastic and energetic team.
