As a Member of the technical recruiting staff, responsible for the sourcing, screening and qualifying of Engineering professionals
Work closely with our US counterparts and cater to manpower requirements of fortune 500 clients based in US.
Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing candidates for the requirements.
Interview US Citizens, Green card holders and check their suitability towards the requirement.
Coordinate with our sales team / Primary vendors / Accounts Manager for interviews, feedbacks and update the consultants on the same.
Dollar negotiation before short listing the candidates

Experience in recruiting IT/ Engineering professionals on contract (W2 Hourly/Salary, H1B, C2C)
Knowledge in IT / Engineering is required
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPT, EAD.
Good Hands on Netscape operations, Explorer, Outlook Express, Search Engines, database management, Email management, etc.
Good exposure to w2, 10pp, C2C, Very good technical knowledge on IT /Engineering technologies.
Very Good communication and presentation skills.
Work effectively with diverse group of people.
