Designation: Country Marketing Mgr II
Job Description:
o Develop and secure approval for Go to Market (GTM) plans and budgets
o Direct cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets
o Develop offering/segment messaging and manage/ monitor delivery of same
o Develop customer segmentation strategies, define customer experience plans and execute/monitor them
o Define marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks and track/report progress against them
o Develop closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and identify/ execute indicated actions
o Perform marketing support activities as needed, e.g., Siebel Marketing Resource Management (MRM)/Customer Relationship
Management (CRM), PO and accrual management, collateral fulfillment
o May manage business relationships with advertising, direct marketing and/or marketing research vendors
o Assist sales with development of sales training materials
o Assist sales with retailer/reseller account calls/development
o Develop/execute/evaluate marketing strategies and tactics that drive demonstrable revenue, share gains and customer/partner engagement
o Strong partner to sales in account acquisition/ development

Desired Profile
Education and Experience Required:
o Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
o 7+ years marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing and partner marketing
o Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus
Knowledge and Skills Required:
o Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
o Expert knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account-based marketing
o Expert knowledge of advertising/direct marketing/ research vendor practices and procedures
o Well-developed understanding of the industry, offering categories and HP offerings/ strategy
