We are looking for experienced IT technical recruiter with good communication skills.

Job Description:
Location: Ahmedabad or Baroda are preferred. Otherwise, anywhere in India is OK
Compensation: DOE ( Some base + commission )

Qualifications:
* 2 to 6 years of IT Technical staffing experience is required
* Experience with USA based Staffing operations is a MUST
* Willing to work in night shifts in India.
* Experience with candidate marketing/sales is desirable.
* Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
* Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
* Temporarily be able to work from home. Should have computer, internet connection and able to work from home. Preferably having VOIP phone. If not, we will provide that
* Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.
* Should be well connected with other recruiting partners/companies/vendors. Need to be able to work independently with them for resources and requirement

Responsibilities:
* Full Life Cycle of Technical Recruiting (Sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
* Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
* Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the client's requirements.
* Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
* Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
* Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
