Understand the Functional requirements of various HR process and its integration with other modules in SAP like FI, Taxation etc.
To map the end user requirements with standard functionalities available in SAP.
Carry out configuration in SAP system to meet the end user requirements.
Write logic (Functional Specifications) for ABAP programming.
Understand the issues faced by end users on day to day basis and provide solution to their satisfaction.
Project Description At least 3 years of SAP implementation experience with 2 implementation cycles.
One SAP Payroll ( Any country) implementation experience.
ESS/MSS experience will be an advantage.
Preferably having experience in Indian Payroll.
Role Description SAP HR Functional Consultant
Skill Description At least 2 yrs of SAP experience in Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time Management.
At least 1 SAP implementation in Payroll and Time Management is must.
Should have completed 2 SAP implementation cycles.
