5 + years of financial accounting experience using the PeopleSoft Financial modules.
Minimum of 4 years of financial accounting experience using the peoplesoft financial modules.
Minimum of 3 full cycle peoplesoft Financials Implementation, not just upgrade. Global Implementation is a Plus
Prior experience in Reimplementing PeopleSoft from an older version a plus
Strong technical skills in Application Engine, Application Designer, People Code, SQR, SQL, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Application Packages, Workflow , Tree Manger, nVision , Crystal Reports, and XML Publisher. ( All are not Mandatory)
Oracles OBIEE experience a plus.
A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
Familiar with OnshoreOffshore support model
Ability to debug production issues through PeopleSoft configuration, People Tools, and other methods
Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation
Designs systems and programs to meet complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications; performs technical analysis and component delivery.
Ability to work with end users to define business requirements and system goals
Ability to lead and work in a team environment
Work closely with other technical support staff to resolve production issues.
Works with the enterprise applications manager and the PeopleSoft Support Senior analyst
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
Design and implement application changes that are best suited to the business functionality while keeping customizations at a minimum.
Collaborate with customers to develop functional requirements, identify options for meeting those requirements, recommend a course of action and follow through implementing or overseeing all technical aspects. Assist functional users in the prioritization of outstanding tasks and align resources to deliver prioritized tasks.
Identify and resolve system problems before they impact the business.
Must show poise and maturity under pressure, have excellent decision making and communication skills (written and verbal), and be selfdriven.
