Monitoring Lotus Server (Performance, Space, lotus Domino and Lotus File Systems)
Monitoring of LN Domino servers for hardware breakfix and coordinating problems with centralized help desk
Creation, Deletion, Renaming, Migration and Recertification of User in Lotus domino
Support of operating system and software running Lotus Notes on Wintel
Routing, Archiving and Replication Problems
Different Tools on Domino server for better performance
Understanding server document and server configuration
Directory Management
Migration of users & databases
Ability to manage understand and manage issues on Server hang and server crash
Corrupt NSF files (Admin4.nsf, Log.nsf & user DB) & signing application data bases.
Optimizing LN Domino server and application performance
Installing and upgrading Domino server
Creating new servers, Installing fix pack for Domino servers
Lotus Notes Server Decommissioning
Knowledge in Enterprise Change Management, Incident Management ( Service Center added advantage )
