Account Manager (Sales)

Job Description
Position Overview
As an Account Manager you will manage the strategic relationship of our existing customer accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts; understand your accounts’ business objectives; and coordinate internal company resources to ensure customer satisfaction with Replicon solutions and services. With our users being worldwide, the majority of communication with customers is via phone and e-mail, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have excellent business communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with an existing customer’s base, aware of the distinct needs of these types of accounts and what it takes to satisfy them, and is motivated to succeed in a farming sales environment.

Ensure your assigned accounts are successfully using Replicon’s solutions
Cultivate relationships with clients to protect current revenue stream
Identify and capitalize on growth and expansion opportunities within each account
Desired Profile
University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
2+ years of experience in account management or client services
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in software solution sales
A Sales Farmer mentality
Must be willing to work in North American shift timings
Experience 2 - 7 Years
